Her passion for Design, and specially for Flowers, had been latent in her heart since she was a little girl. Dayana originally started her Wedding and Event Design journey in Cuba, her home town, at the young age of 15. Where she would freelance for different companies starting on setups and later on design, as she dreamed on one day starting her own Floral Business. 

 Having feeling it herself, she knew how Flowers can impact in someone's moment, day, and life! And it was something that she wanted to be able to share with others everyday. 

  

 On 2016, she decided to bet everything on her dreams, and founded D&R Events, a company of her own, knowing that she was ready to conquer her goals.

 

 There are so many things that she enjoys in life, but Designing Flowers, without doubt, is on top of the list, even after nonstop days of wedding work you can see her playing with the leftovers. She can't get enough of them, as she affirms they can be a powerful therapy. 

 Dayana also loves designing Decor setups and table layouts. "Texture is my best friend!", she says, "I draw on linens, napkins, tableware, to find different textures that make your eyes travel throughout the whole scenery, every detail matters, and flowers always play an important role on creating texture and giving the lush, romantic feel that I love."

 

 But at the end of the day, she is a dedicated mom and wife, so most of her free time you will find her snuggling with her sweet boy Andre or spending time with her lovely husband, Regino, who also plays an important part for the business, on setup days or large installations, but most specially being her biggest support personal and professionally.
